Russia’s aggression in Ukraine has sparked a range of proposals aimed at achieving a durable and comprehensive end to the war.  These proposals vary widely in merit and legitimacy. Ukraine’s Peace Formula stands out for its framework firmly rooted in international law, with the best interests of Ukraine and the international community in mind.
