The Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG) is a global pro bono law firm providing free legal assistance to parties involved in peace negotiations, drafting post-conflict constitutions, and atrocity crimes prosecution/transitional justice in different contexts worldwide since 1995. PILPG offers an annual, online Peace Negotiation Summer Schools for future peace builders and peace negotiators from all over the world.
From July 7-11, 2025, PILPG is offering a free Peace Negotiation Summer School on Post-Conflict State Building focusing on Syria as a case study. Over the course of one week, PILPG’s international experts with extensive practical experience in various contexts worldwide will offer interactive lectures, interviews, panel discussions, and case studies diving into the complex processes of rebuilding states and societies after conflict. PILPG’s international experts include ambassadors, former government officials, chief mediators, peace negotiators, legal advisors, international law experts, and war crimes prosecutors.
