Human Rights Protections

During the post-conflict phase, Ukraine will want to re-establish full protection of human rights that had to be limited due to martial law conditions.  Post-conflict reconstruction and reintegration may also come across circumstances where certain national security or justice priorities could come in conflict with human rights principles.  This section addresses the basic human rights that need to be upheld in a democratic state, including during the post-conflict phase.
